- 1 box corn muffin mix 8.5 ounces
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter optional
Instructions
- Combine the corn muffin mix in a medium bowl with the egg and milk. Stir until mostly combined.
- Let the cornbread batter rest for 3 minutes. While it rests, preheat the air fryer at 325 degrees F.
- Fill six silicone muffin cups with the batter, filling each ⅔ full. Put the muffin cups in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 325 F for 7-10 minutes, until the muffins are golden brown, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Divide the butter into 6 parts and spread on top of each warm muffin so it melts.
