Ingredients
- 1 kg box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 large egg
- 80 ml semi skimmed milk
Kitchen Gadgets
- Cosori Air Fryer
- Hand mixer
- Silicone Cups
Instructions
- Place into a bowl all your ingredients and mix with a hand mixer until it resembles a thick cornbread batter.
- Pour the cornbread batter into a silicone cups.
- Place the silicone cups into the air fryer and air fry for 12 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Allow to cool and then remove from the silicone and serve.

Notes
- Cooling. If you are worried that your cornbread muffins needs a little longer, leave it in the air fryer after it beeps and then it will finish cooking and then remove an hour later. This method is also good for keeping your muffins warm.
