Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken thighs
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients for the Air Fryer chicken thighs.
  2. Combine soy sauce with brown sugar and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the chicken and let it marinate for at least 2 hours. The chicken can marinate for up to 24 hours.
  3. Place it into an air fryer in a single layer, this will speed up the cooking time.
  4. Air Fry chicken thighs for 20-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
