Air Fryer Mahi Mahi

This quick and easy Air Fryer Mahi Mahi recipe is as nutritious as it is flavorsome! Quick to prepare and rich in taste, this dish is a pleasant combination of a crispy exterior with a tender, flaky interior. This weeknight seafood dinner is great for the whole family!

Ingredients

  • 2 mahi mahi fillets thawed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. First, pat the fillets dry with paper towels. Place them on a plate.
  2. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle the seasonings on top. Turn over and repeat until fully seasoned.
  3. Place in the basket of your air fryer. Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the fish is easily flaked with a fork.
  4. Finally, remove from the air fryer and serve!

Notes

  • If you only have frozen fish, allow it to thaw before making this recipe.
  • Feel free to replace the olive oil with melted butter.
  • Adjust the seasonings as needed.
  • The mahi mahi is done cooking when its flesh flakes easily with a fork.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
