Air Fryer Mahi Mahi
This quick and easy Air Fryer Mahi Mahi recipe is as nutritious as it is flavorsome! Quick to prepare and rich in taste, this dish is a pleasant combination of a crispy exterior with a tender, flaky interior. This weeknight seafood dinner is great for the whole family!
Ingredients
- 2 mahi mahi fillets thawed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- First, pat the fillets dry with paper towels. Place them on a plate.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle the seasonings on top. Turn over and repeat until fully seasoned.
- Place in the basket of your air fryer. Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the fish is easily flaked with a fork.
- Finally, remove from the air fryer and serve!
Notes
- If you only have frozen fish, allow it to thaw before making this recipe.
- Feel free to replace the olive oil with melted butter.
- Adjust the seasonings as needed.
- The mahi mahi is done cooking when its flesh flakes easily with a fork.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
