Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef lean
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg large
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup parsley finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  2. Form the mixture into 16 evenly sized meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and place the meatballs in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
  4. Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned on the outside and reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Serve the meatballs with your choice of sides or sauce, such as marinara or a light gravy.
