Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or a 50/50 beef and pork mixture
- ¼ cup panko
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Olive oil spray or oil spray of choice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients. Mix it until everything is just combined, be careful not to overmix.
- Using a cookie scoop or a large spoon, scoop out the meat mixture and roll it up into a ball. Around the size of a golf ball.
- Spray the air fryer basket with some olive oil.
- Transfer as many as you can to the air fryer basket and air fryer for 9 to 10 minutes at 400°F. Repeat this process until all the meatballs have been cooked.
