Air Fryer Meatballs

These homemade beef Air Fryer Meatballs are so moist and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Super easy to make, you’ll love how they only take a handful of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or a 50/50 beef and pork mixture
  • ¼ cup panko
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Olive oil spray or oil spray of choice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients. Mix it until everything is just combined, be careful not to overmix.
  2. Using a cookie scoop or a large spoon, scoop out the meat mixture and roll it up into a ball. Around the size of a golf ball.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with some olive oil.
  4. Transfer as many as you can to the air fryer basket and air fryer for 9 to 10 minutes at 400°F. Repeat this process until all the meatballs have been cooked.
