Ingredients

  • 16 oz mushroom
  • 2 garlic sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • salt and black pepper
  • fresh parsley chooped

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms by brushing off any dirt or debris.
  3. Slice the mushrooms to your desired thickness.
  4. In a bowl, combine the mushrooms, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove from the air fryer. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
