Air Fryer Parmesan & Garlic Mayo Corn on the Cob

This is a must-try corn on the cob recipe that's absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 corn cobs boiled
For the mayonnaise:
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • ⅓ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp Coriander chopped + extra for serving
  • salt
  • pepper
For serving:
  • parmesan
  • hot sauce
  • lime

Instructions

For the mayonnaise:

  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic, paprika, and coriander. Mix with a whisk and set aside.
For the corn:
  1. Brush the corn cobs with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place them in the air fryer at 200° C/390° F for 12 minutes.
  2. Once ready, remove the corn from the air fryer and, after they cool slightly, brush them with the mayonnaise using a brush.
  3. Serve the corn with Parmesan, hot sauce, lime, and extra coriander.

Notes

  • Chef’s tip: Ensure that you remove all the corn husks completely (including the fine hairs) so that nothing is left on the corn.
