Air Fryer Peppers
This recipe prepares sliced bell peppers seasoned with olive oil, sea salt, and ground black pepper, cooked in an air fryer until tender and slightly crispy. The peppers are cut and mixed thoroughly with oil and seasoning before air frying at 400°F for 12 minutes, with a shake halfway to ensure even cooking. This method provides a straightforward way to enjoy the natural sweetness and texture of bell peppers with minimal oil and fuss.
