  • 4 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

Instructions

  1. Cut 4 Bell peppers open and remove the stem and seeds. Slice into strips.
  2. Put the strips into a mixing bowl with 1 tablespoon Olive oil, 1 pinch Sea salt and 1 pinch Ground black pepper. Mix well to coat the peppers.
  3. Cook at 200°C/400°F for 12 minutes, shaking half way through cooking.
