Ingredients
- 1 small pineapple peeled and cored then slicedinto ½-inch thick wedges
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Place the pineapple slices in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, real maple syrup, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Pour the mixture all over the pineapple and toss to coat well.
- Place the pineapple slices in a single layer in your fryer basket (depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook the pineapple in batches). Air fry the pineapple at 380F degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until they begin to turn golden brown and caramelized. Turn each pineapple slice about halfway through the cooking time.
- Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
