Air Fryer Pizza Rolls

Air Fryer Pizza Rolls use ready-made pizza dough filled with tomato sauce, pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella cheese, rolled and brushed with a garlic butter mixture. The rolls cook to a crispy, golden exterior with melted cheese inside. They serve as a handheld snack or appetizer, easy to prepare with a crisp texture from air frying.

Notes

  • Preheat the air fryer to ensure even cooking and better crispiness.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to allow dough to expand and crisp properly.
  • Use pizza sauce, plain tomato sauce, or your preferred pasta sauce, but avoid overfilling to prevent leaking.
  • Place parchment paper in the air fryer basket to prevent sticking or lightly oil the basket.
  • Allow pizza rolls to cool slightly before handling to let fillings settle.
  • This recipe can also be baked in a conventional oven following the same temperature and timing.
  • Prepare rolls ahead and refrigerate if needed before cooking.
