- 1.25 kg Belly Pork
- extra virgin olive oil spray
- salt & pepper
Belly Pork Honey Glaze
- 2 Tbsp Clear honey
- 1 Tsp mustard
- 1 Tsp Garlic puree

Instructions
- Let’s air fry pork belly strips. Place the pork belly into the air fryer basket and spray with olive oil. Then season with salt and pepper.
- Air fry pork belly for 30 minutes at 180c/360f.
- When the air fryer beeps turn over the pork belly, mix your honey glaze ingredients and brush over the pork. Air fry for another 20 minutes at the reduced temperature of 160c/320f.
- Slice into pork belly slices. Brush with some extra honey glaze before serving.

Notes
- Optional. Don’t like honey, then swap it for maple syrup. You can also skip the marinade step and just have it salt and pepper flavour.
