Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless pork chops or 3 pieces, 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add Oil - Coat the pork chop with oil on both sides (this is an optional step to help the seasoning stick and a crust to form, omit if you prefer)
  3. Mix the seasoning - In a bowl, combine the seasoning ingredients: salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and then rub on every side of the pork chops.
  4. Cook - Air fry at 380°F for about 10-15 minutes, or until the pork chops reach 145°F. Flip the pork chops halfway through the cooking.

Notes

  • Toaster oven-style air fryer - reduce heat to 350°F and reduce cooking time by 1 minute.
  • Make Ahead- Season the pork chops as early as the night before and store them covered in the fridge until ready to cook.
  • Storage - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer individually wrapped for 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight.
  • Reheat - Heat in the air fryer at 350°F until just heated through.
  • For thicker pork chops, add 1 minute to the cooking time.
  • For bone-in pork chops, 2-3 minutes to the cooking time.
