Ingredients

Kitchen Gadgets:
  • Air Fryer Oven
  • pastry brush
Air Fryer Pork Ribs Ingredients:
  • 1.5 kg Pack Of Pork Ribs
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tsp Garlic puree
  • 1 Tbsp Chinese Seasoning we use this one
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tsp pork seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a fork. If the marinade is not sticky enough, then add in extra honey and barbecue sauce.
  2. Place your pork ribs on the air fryer oven shelf and brush both sides with your marinade, reserving a little for after cooking.
  3. Place the pork ribs on the 2nd from top shelf of the air fryer oven. Set the temperature to 180c/360f and the time to 25 minutes and cook. Serve.

Notes

  • Because of the ingredients in the marinade you don’t need any oil or any salt.
  • You can mix and match your favourite pork ribs marinade, though make sure it stays sticky enough otherwise it wont produce the same results.
  • Our marinade is based on a favourite Asian barbecue marinade that we often use with ribs. It is optional, but you could marinade overnight before cooking the day after.
