Air Fryer Potato Peels

Ingredients

  • 60 g Potato peelings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 2 pinch sea salt
  • 2 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the potato peelings into a bowl with the oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Put the coated peelings into your air fryer. Cook at 200°C/400°F for 10 minutes, shaking half way through.

Notes

  • Make sure the shake the potatoes half way through.
  • Don't overfill your air fryer basket, as they won't get crispy. Cook in batches if you need to.
  • When mixing the oil and seasoning into the potatoes, use your hands to get everything more evenly distributed.
