Air Fryer Potatoes and Carrots
This recipe yields crispy and flavorful air-fried potatoes and carrots seasoned with salt, chili powder, Italian herbs, and lemon juice. Ingredients
- 450 g potato
- 120 g carrot
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon italian herbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- few cilantro leaves, for garnishing
Instructions
- Cut vegetables into small thin sizes after washing them.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well
- Place these seasoned veggies in the air fryer. Air fry them for 20 minutes at 200°C.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley leaves.
- Serve healthy crispy air fried potatoes and carrot. Enjoy!!
