Air Fryer Potatoes and Carrots
Description
Potatoes and carrots are peeled and cut into small thin pieces, which helps them cook quickly and become crispy in the air fryer. They’re mixed with olive oil, salt, chili powder, Italian herbs, and a touch of lemon juice that adds brightness to the earthy flavors. Air frying at 200°C for 20 minutes crisps the vegetables while keeping their tender insides.
The final touch of fresh cilantro provides a herbal freshness against the warm, spiced vegetables. This preparation suits serving as a healthy, flavorful side dish that pairs well with many main courses.
Cutting vegetables into small chunks reduces cooking time significantly. Make sure to toss the veggies well in the seasoning to ensure even flavor distribution.
