Air Fryer Pumpkin

Delicious air fryer Pumpkin. Let me show you how to roast pumpkin cubes in the air fryer. A fantastic seasonal treat and makes an amazing healthier alternative to roast potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 750 g pumpkin cubed
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oil extra virgin, spray

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Peel and dice your pumpkin if you have not done so already.
  2. Then load into a bowl your pumpkin, seasoning and extra virgin olive oil. Mix well with your hands.
  3. Load the pumpkin into the air fryer basket and air fry for 12 minutes at 180c/360f.
  4. Then shake the pumpkin cubes and spray with extra virgin olive oil. Cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f before serving.

Notes
