Air Fryer Pumpkin Spiced Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Toss sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie spice*, salt, and oil in a bowl and place in air fryer basket.
  2. Cook on 400F for 12-14 minutes or until golden and fork tender. 
  3. Once cooked through, drizzle with pure maple syrup, toss and serve. 

Notes

  • If you don't have pumpkin spice on hand, you can make your own with: 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, and 1 teaspoon ground cloves
