Air Fryer Radishes

Air fryer radishes are a delicious and healthy side dish that is quick and easy to make. This cooking method transforms the taste and texture of radishes into something truly special.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound radishes stemmed, trimmed & halved (3 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped, for garnish

  1. Trim the stem and root ends and slice each radish in half.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°
  3. In a large bowl, toss the radishes with the oil and seasonings (except parsley) to coat.
  4. Place radishes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 15-18 minutes, giving the basket a shake halfway through the cooking time.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

  • Cut the radishes evenly: If some of your radishes are quite a bit bigger than others, cut them into thirds or quarters to make sure the pieces are equal sizes.
