- 1 pound radishes stemmed, trimmed & halved (3 cups)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Trim the stem and root ends and slice each radish in half.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°
- In a large bowl, toss the radishes with the oil and seasonings (except parsley) to coat.
- Place radishes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes, giving the basket a shake halfway through the cooking time.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
