Air Fryer Ravioli
Air Fryer Ravioli features breaded ravioli coated in an egg wash and seasoned breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture, cooked until crispy in an air fryer. The seasoned breadcrumb coating provides a flavorful and crunchy exterior while the ravioli inside stays tender. Fresh herbs and marinara sauce complement this Italian-inspired appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 20 oz ravioli if using frozen, thaw before cooking, fresh or frozen
- 2 large egg
- 1 c. bread crumbs seasoned
- ¼ c. Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 tsp basil dried
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper ground

Instructions
- Whisk eggs in a medium bowl or shallow dish until combined.
- In another medium bowl or shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, cheese and seasonings until well combined.
- First dip ravioli in eggs to coat. Then dip in bread crumb mixture.
- Set dipped ravioli pieces aside on plate.
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees F.
- When Air Fryer is preheated add a single layer of ravioli to air fryer and spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes or until crispy. Remove and place on serving tray, lightly cover with foil then repeat with remaining ravioli.
- Serve immediately with fresh herbs and dipping sauce if you like.
Notes
- This appetizer pairs well with other Italian favorites like breadsticks, garlic mushrooms, and pizza rolls for a themed spread.
- Be sure to thaw frozen ravioli completely before breading and cooking for best results.
- You can use any type of ravioli you prefer; cheese ravioli is common but alternatives work.
