Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower

These air fryer roasted cauliflower florets are tossed with garlic salt, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese. Add some cauli-power to your next meal with this nutritious and easy side dish!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cauliflower bite sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp parmesan grated
  • 1/2 tsp garlic parsley salt

Instructions

  1. Place the cauliflower florets into a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle in the olive oil and toss to coat each floret. Add the grated Parmesan and garlic salt. Toss everything together again.
  3. Place the florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 380°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the florets are fork-tender and slightly crispy. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
