These air fryer roasted cauliflower florets are tossed with garlic salt, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese. Add some cauli-power to your next meal with this nutritious and easy side dish!

Ingredients
- 3 cups cauliflower bite sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp parmesan grated
- 1/2 tsp garlic parsley salt

Instructions
- Place the cauliflower florets into a large bowl.
- Drizzle in the olive oil and toss to coat each floret. Add the grated Parmesan and garlic salt. Toss everything together again.
- Place the florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 380°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the florets are fork-tender and slightly crispy. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
