Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped cauliflower, olive oil, butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd it. You may need to cook the cauliflower in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Cook the cauliflower for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket every few minutes to ensure even cooking. The cauliflower should be tender and golden brown on the outside.
