Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes

These air fryer roasted potatoes are crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside, tossed with savory olive oil, herbaceous oregano, red pepper flakes, and salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound yellow potatoes washed and halved, baby
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons oregano dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray or line it with a parchment paper liner.
  3. In a large bowl add potatoes, olive oil, oregano, kosher salt, and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine and coat evenly.
  4. Add potatoes to the prepared air fryer, trying to keep them in one even layer, and cook for 15-18 minutes at 380 degrees F. Shaking the potatoes halfway through the cooking time.
  5. Check doneness by piercing the potatoes with a fork and if it easily goes into he potatoes they are fully cooked. If not, continue cooking for a few more minutes until fully cooked.
