Ingredients

  • 2 pink salmon fillet
  • cooking spray
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • ground cardamom pinch
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350F / 180C.
  2. Lightly spray salmon fillets with some cooking spray and sprinkle on the paprika, ground cardamom, salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets in air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 8-12 mins to your desired doneness. Flip the fillets halfway through cook time.

  • Ground cardamom adds festive warmth but can be swapped for other spices like Cajun or Herbs de Provence.
  • Flip salmon halfway through cooking for even doneness.
