Air Fryer Salmon
Description
This recipe involves preheating the air fryer and seasoning salmon fillets with a blend of paprika, ground cardamom, salt, and pepper. A light spray of cooking oil prevents sticking and helps develop a slight crispness. Cooking the salmon at 350°F for 8 to 12 minutes, with flipping halfway through, allows the fillets to cook evenly while maintaining juiciness. The cardamom adds a distinctive but gentle spice that pairs well with the salmon’s natural flavor.
Serving suggestions include pairing with simple green salads or a variety of side dishes such as roasted vegetables or rice, making it versatile for different meal settings.
For optimal flavor and texture, flipping the salmon during cooking is recommended. Experimenting with different dry rubs or adding fresh citrus juice can enhance the dish further.
