Air-Fryer Salmon Patties
These Air-Fryer Salmon Patties are a delightful way to turn canned or leftover salmon into a delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 14.75 ounces salmon drained, canned, flaked
- 1 egg large
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup onion finely chopped
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped, fresh
- 1 teaspoon Seafood Seasoning
- kosher salt to taste
- black pepper to taste, ground
- cooking spray
- Preferred sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Mix together the drained salmon, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, seafood seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- If the mixture is dry, add a little more mayonnaise to bring it together. If it is too wet, add some more breadcrumbs. Split the mixture into six equal pieces and shape each piece into 1-inch thick patties.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F. Lightly coat the basket with cooking spray. Arrange the salmon patties in a single layer in the basket and apply cooking spray to the tops.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with preferred dipping sauce.
