Ingredients

  • 14.75 ounces salmon drained, canned, flaked
  • 1 egg large
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup onion finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Seafood Seasoning
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste, ground
  • cooking spray
  • Preferred sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Mix together the drained salmon, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, seafood seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  2. If the mixture is dry, add a little more mayonnaise to bring it together. If it is too wet, add some more breadcrumbs. Split the mixture into six equal pieces and shape each piece into 1-inch thick patties.
  3. Set the air fryer to 400°F. Lightly coat the basket with cooking spray. Arrange the salmon patties in a single layer in the basket and apply cooking spray to the tops.
  4. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with preferred dipping sauce.
