Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 (3 to 5 ounces) salmon fillets
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Oil spray

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the dijon mustard and maple syrup and set aside.
  2. Pat dry the salmon fillets with a paper towel and then generously season the salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika on all sides of the salmon.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with the oil spray.
  4. Place the salmon fillets, skin side down, into the air fryer basket and spoon the maple dijon over the salmon fillets. Air fry at 400°F for 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. Place the salmon fillets, skin side down, into the air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for 6 to 8 minutes.
