Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika sweet
  • 3/4 teaspoon parsley dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 32 Shrimp peeled and deveined (approximately 1 1/4 pounds, jumbo
  • lemon for serving, wedges

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, sweet paprika, dried parsley, and kosher salt.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  3. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
  4. Cook the shrimp in the air fryer at 400°F for 5 to 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
  5. Serve the air-fried shrimp immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
