Slimming World Sausages. This is how to cook your favourite syn free Slimming World sausages using your air fryer. We tried and tested their free food pork sausages in the air fryer, and these are the results.

Ingredients

Slimming World Sausages Ingredients:
  • 6 Free Food Frozen Sausages
  • extra virgin olive oil spray optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Load your sausages into the air fryer. Cook for 12 minutes at 180c/360f.
  2. Turn the sausages, spray with extra virgin olive oil and cook for a further 4 minutes at 200c/400f.
  3. Serve with your favourite sides and enjoy.

Notes

  • Swaps. We used Slimming World free food sausages which are syn free. You can swap for porky light or another preferred low fat sausage.
  • Oil. I recommend just a small spray of extra virgin olive oil. It can make a huge difference to the sausages and even one teaspoon of oil is less then 1 syn.
