Air Fryer S'mores

Ingredients

  • 8 marshmallows
  • 8 Graham crackers
  • 4 chocolate pieces medium sized

Instructions

  1. First, cut the marshmallows in half.
  2. Prepare the basket of the air fryer with parchment paper.
  3. Place the crackers into the air fryer basket, place 2 marshmallows over each cracker and cook for 5 minutes or until the marshmallows look golden brown.
  4. Then place the chocolate over the marshmallows and press a bit to warm the chocolate.
  5. Put another layer of crackers over the chocolate and put the smores back in the air fryer and cook for just 1 minute.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Choose your chocolate wisely. Wafers and chunks typically work best. Milk chocolate is the classic choice, but if you want something richer and creamier, dark chocolate might be a better option. You can also mix and match different types of chocolate for variation in flavor and texture!
  • Assemble the s'more carefully. Don't overcrowd the s'more to avoid a melty mess in your air fryer. I like using regular sized marshmallows and smaller chocolate pieces so they melt well.
  • Keep an eye on the cooking time. Air fryer s'mores cook quickly, so keep an eye on the cooking time to avoid burning them. Cook them for 3-5 minutes, or until the marshmallow is golden brown.
