Air Fryer S'mores
Air Fryer S'mores recreate the classic campfire treat using graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate prepared quickly in an air fryer. The marshmallows toast to a golden brown while melting the chocolate, resulting in a warm, gooey chocolate and marshmallow filling between crispy graham cracker halves.
Ingredients
- 3 graham crackers gluten-free or regular
- 3 marshmallows (regular or jumbo-sized) cut in half
- 3 quares chocolate milk, semi-sweet, or dark
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
- Break the graham crackers in half and place six squares in the air fryer basket.
- Cut the marshmallows in half and place 2 halves, cut side (sticky side) down on each graham cracker. Important! Lightly press down, so they stick to the graham crackers and do not fall off during cooking.
- Air fry for 3 - 4 minutes until the marshmallows are golden and toasted to your liking. I would check at the 2-minute mark; all air fryers are different.
- Immediately top each marshmallow with a square of chocolate and the other air fry toasted graham cracker half. Gently press down so the chocolate melts.
- Enjoy immediately!
Notes
- Consume s'mores within 5 to 10 minutes after cooking for best texture and flavor.
- Do not store leftovers as the texture degrades quickly.
- Cut marshmallows in half and place cut side down on the graham cracker to prevent them from falling off during air frying.
- Try adding fresh fruit like strawberries, banana slices, or raspberries for extra freshness.
- Alternative graham cracker brands or types such as cinnamon or chocolate varieties can be used for different flavors.
- For a vegan version, use vegan marshmallows and dairy-free chocolate.
