Air Fryer Soft Boiled Eggs

These air fryer soft-boiled eggs have jammy yolks and are the easiest, mess-free way to 'boil' eggs. They’re a quick 10-minute snack, breakfast, or meal prep staple. I love them with toast or just a sprinkle of salt!

Ingredients

  • 6 - 12 large eggs
  • Salt & pepper or EBTB seasoning

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (135°C).
  2. Arrange eggs in a single layer in the air fryer, leaving a little space between each one.
  3. For soft-boiled eggs, cook for 9-11 minutes. If you want hard-boiled eggs, adjust the cooking time to 15 - 16 minutes or follow this 5-star air fryer hard-boiled egg recipe.
  4. While eggs cook, prepare an ice bath by filling a bowl halfway with ice and cold water.
  5. Carefully remove hot eggs from the air fryer using tongs or gently rolling them into the bowl.
  6. Let them sit for about 4-5 minutes so they cool (make peeling easier).
  7. Peel and serve! I love adding everything-but-the-bagel-seasoning. Store extras in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days.
