  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Make the marinade by combining the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and seasonings in a small bowl.
  2. Stir together then pour over the steak. I usually do this in a ziploc bag if I plan on marinating the steak overnight but you could also allow to marinade for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F/205°C.
  4. Add the steak to the air fryer basket and allow to air fry for 11-12 minutes for medium-rare, 13-14 minutes for medium and 15-16 minutes for well done.
  5. For the most accurate cook, use a meat thermometer.Rare: 125ºF/51ºC internal temperature on a meat thermometerMedium-rare: 130-140ºF/55-60ºC internal temperatureWell-done: 160ºF/71ºC internal temperature.
  6. Flip the steak over half way through cooking.
  7. Remove the steak from the air fryer and allow to rest for 5 minutes then slice and serve.
