Air Fryer Steak is a super easy, surprisingly delicious way to cook steak. Juicy, tender and perfectly cooked, you're going to love this fuss-free cooking method.

Ingredients
- 14 oz (400g) steak
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Make the marinade by combining the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and seasonings in a small bowl.
- Stir together then pour over the steak. I usually do this in a ziploc bag if I plan on marinating the steak overnight but you could also allow to marinade for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F/205°C.
- Add the steak to the air fryer basket and allow to air fry for 11-12 minutes for medium-rare, 13-14 minutes for medium and 15-16 minutes for well done.
- For the most accurate cook, use a meat thermometer.Rare: 125ºF/51ºC internal temperature on a meat thermometerMedium-rare: 130-140ºF/55-60ºC internal temperatureWell-done: 160ºF/71ºC internal temperature.
- Flip the steak over half way through cooking.
- Remove the steak from the air fryer and allow to rest for 5 minutes then slice and serve.
