- 1 pound (450g) steak cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees F / 200 degrees C.
- Melt butter in a medium bowl and then combine with garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, and salt.
- Toss the raw steak pieces into the seasoned butter until well coated.
- Place the steak bites into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-11 minutes, turning over halfway through. Actual cooking time will depend on the preferred degree of doneness of your meat.
