Ingredients
- 6 flour tortillas Burrito Size
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 1 Tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 Cup strawberries Sliced
- 1 Cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Cup cinnamon sugar
- 1/2 Cup butter Melted
Instructions
- Pre-heat air fryer to 350°F.
- Whisk together cream cheese spread, vanilla extract and Greek yogurt. Fold in strawberries.
- Scoop the strawberry cheesecake mixture into the middle of each tortilla. Evenly divide the mixture among the 6 tortillas.
- Roll up the tortillas and secure with toothpicks.
- Brush with melted butter and place in the air fryer, seam side down. Air fry for 5 minutes.
- Remove the toothpicks and roll each chimichanga in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
