Ingredients

  • 6 flour tortillas Burrito Size
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1 Tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup strawberries Sliced
  • 1 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Cup cinnamon sugar
  • 1/2 Cup butter Melted

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Whisk together cream cheese spread, vanilla extract and Greek yogurt. Fold in strawberries.
  3. Scoop the strawberry cheesecake mixture into the middle of each tortilla. Evenly divide the mixture among the 6 tortillas.
  4. Roll up the tortillas and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Brush with melted butter and place in the air fryer, seam side down. Air fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the toothpicks and roll each chimichanga in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
