Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes (peeled)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pre-heat air fryer to 350 degrees.
  2. Using a mandoline or sharp knife, carefully cut the sweet potato into ⅛-¼-inch slices. Place the potato slices in a medium bowl then drizzle with olive oil and spices. Toss well then spread in a single layer to "fry" the potato chips. You'll want to do this In batches so as not to crowd the potatoes.
  3. Air fry for 14 minutes or until crispy.

Notes

  • If you’re looking for a mandoline, here is a version similar to mine.
  • There are many air fryers on the market but we use this convection oven with 8 functions including air frying.
