Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 (5 oz) sweet potatoes
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut each sweet potato into even 1/4 inch thick fries.
  2. Mix olive oil and salt and toss the sweet potato fries to thoroughly coat.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400F / 200C / Gas 6 and lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  4. Cook in batches (one layer), between 8 mins (thin fries) – to 14 mins (thick fries), flipping the fries half way through the cooking time.
