Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet potato puree, cooked, 240g
- ½ cup brown sugar 100g
- ½ cup vegetable oil 120 ml
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch cloves
- pie crust pre-made
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 300 degrees F / 179 degrees C.
- Press the pie dough into the bottom of several 3-inch pie plates.
- Place all of the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth and silky.
- Divide the filling among the pie plates and place them in the air fryer basket.
