- 4 medium sweet potatoes peeled or unpeeld, washed and cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
