Ingredients
- 200 g Tenderstem Broccoli/Broccolini
- extra virgin olive oil spray
- 2 Tsp dried oregano
- salt & pepper
Kitchen Gadgets
- Air Fryer
Instructions
- Remove the tenderstem broccoli from the packaging and place into the air fryer basket. Spread them out, so that they are not on top of each other as you want an even cook.
- Using scissors trim off any really thick stems off the broccolini as these bits will take too long to become fork tender.
- Then spray the tops with olive oil, and sprinkle with seasoning. Air fry at 160c/320f for 12 minutes or until crispy to your liking.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- Flavours. You can mix and match with any favourite seasoning. We used salt, pepper, and dried oregano but any will do the trick.
