Air Fryer Vegetables

Cooking your vegetables in an air fryer doesn't get much easier (or more delicious!) than this! Crispy and tender, these veggies will be the best side dish that you've ever had!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 6 ounce mushrooms sliced
  • 1 small zucchini sliced
  • 1 small yellow squash sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl add the broccoli florets, bell pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, and yellow squash.
  2. Add the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and parmesan and toss.
  3. Place vegetables in the basket of the air fryer. Cook at 390 degrees for 5 minutes. Open the air fryer and toss the vegetables. Continue to cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
