Ingredients
- 1 Whole Black Tilapia
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 garlic cloves sliced
- 2 Tsp fresh curly parsley
- 2 Tsp fresh dill
- 2 Tsp fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 2 Tsp Dried Dill Tops

Instructions
- Check that your whole fish has clear eyes, has been gutted and scaled.
- Cut off the fins with a pair of scissors.
- Then fill the fish with your lemon slices, garlic slices and fresh herbs. You can do as many as will fit in the fish.
- Then score the sides of the fish with a veggie knife and then rub in extra virgin olive oil, followed by salt, pepper, and dill tops.
- Place the whole fish in the air fryer, set the temperature to 180c/360f and cook for 22 minutes. Then serve.

Notes
- Make Ahead. You can also make ahead your whole fish and then bake it in the air fryer once you are ready.
- Scoring. The scoring is essential as it allows the seasoning to go into the flesh of the fish as it cooks.
