Air Fryer Zucchini Parmesan Rounds

Ingredients

  • 2 large zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchini into ¼ inch rounds
  2. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Gently toss to combine.
  3. Transfer to the air fryer and top with shredded parmesan.
  4. Set your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes open air fryer and flip the zucchini then sprinkle parmesan on the other side. Close air fryer and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  5. The zucchini rounds are ready once the parmesan cheese is golden brown and the edges of the zucchini are crisp. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce. We served them with spicy mayo.
