Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • ½ cup cider vinegar
  • lemon juice of 1
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish raw
  • 2 teaspoons garlic granules
  • 2 teaspoons onion granules
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a medium-size bowl.
  2. Whisk together until it is completely smooth.
  3. Use or refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

  • Prepare this sauce up to three days ahead for best flavor development.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to two weeks but avoid freezing.
  • Onion and garlic powder may be used interchangeably with granules.
